Russian Salad Recipe

🛒 Ingredients:

• 🥔 4 Boiled potatoes
• 🥕 2 Boiled carrots
• 🌱 1 small packet of Green beans
• 🥚 2 boiled eggs
• 🐟 Tuna in sunflower oil
• 🥄 Mayonnaise - to taste
• 🫒 Optional: Olives

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Dice all ingredients and combine in a large bowl.
2. Boil potatoes, carrots, and eggs until tender. Blanch green beans.
3. Add olives if you like them.
4. Mix with mayonnaise until creamy and well combined. Tip: add one big spoon at a time, and keep tasting so you don’t overdo it.
5. Chill before serving for best flavour.
