White fish in green sauce recipe - Pescado en salsa verde
π Ingredients
- π§ Garlic cloves: 2
- πΏ Parsley: 1 spoon
- π§ Water: 1 glass
- πΎ Flour: 1 big spoon (mixed into the water)
- π§ Salt: to taste
- π Fish: monkfish / cod / haddock (or any firm white fish)
π©βπ³ Instructions
- In a glass, mix water with the spoon of flour and a pinch of salt.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the monkfish until lightly golden.
- Add the chopped garlic and parsley to the pan and gently fry.
- Pour the flourβwater mixture into the frying pan.
- Let everything simmer until the fish begins to boil and the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm, ideally with a white baguette to soak up the green sauce.
