White fish in green sauce recipe - Pescado en salsa verde

  • 🌿 Parsley: 1 spoon

  • 🌾 Flour: 1 big spoon (mixed into the water)
  • πŸ§‚ Salt: to taste
  • 🐟 Fish: monkfish / cod / haddock (or any firm white fish)

  1. In a glass, mix water with the spoon of flour and a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the monkfish until lightly golden.
  3. Add the chopped garlic and parsley to the pan and gently fry.
  4. Pour the flour–water mixture into the frying pan.
  5. Let everything simmer until the fish begins to boil and the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve warm, ideally with a white baguette to soak up the green sauce.
